Singapore Cadet Trials I 2026 — Full Results
Blade Club fencers delivered outstanding performances across all four events at Cadet Trials I this weekend. Here’s a roundup of every medal and top finish:
Men’s Epee 🥇
Congratulations to Lucas Wang for topping the podium at Cadet Trials I! A commanding performance from the first bout to the last.
Blade had a strong showing across the board as well, with five fencers reaching the top 16:
- 🥇 Gold — Lucas Wang
- 🥈 Top 8 — Max Zhang
- 🥉 Top 16 — Joden Sim, Theoden Sieveke, Zeelon Chong, Samuel Sathiasingam
Women’s Foil 🥈
Jade Lim secured a Silver finish at Cadet Trials I, putting in a strong, composed performance throughout the competition.
Four Blade Club fencers made it through to the top 16:
- 🥈 Silver — Jade Lim
- 🥉 Top 8 — Zhang Linao, Summer Koh
- 🥉 Top 16 — Cara Hoo
Women’s Epee 🥇🥈
Congratulations to Jade Lim on an amazing Gold medal finish, and to Wong Yu Qinn and Summer Koh on securing Bronze at Cadet Trials I over the weekend!
Jade put together a near-flawless run all the way to the top of the podium, while Yu Qinn and Summer both fought hard to bring home a podium finish each. An incredible result for the club, with 3 out of 4 podium spots going to Blade fencers 🔥
Our other fencers put up an excellent fight and great improvement as well, with a total of 6 making it through to the top 16:

- 🥈 Bronze — Wong Yu Qinn, Summer Koh
- 🥉 Top 8 — Shayne Er
- 🥉 Top 16 — Wang Amber, Natalie Tan
Men’s Foil 🥈🥉
Congratulations to Matthew Tan on a fantastic Silver medal finish, and to Wang Yuzhou on securing Bronze at Cadet Trials I over the weekend!
Both fencers showed great composure under pressure, edging out tough opponents on their way to the podium.
