Kevin Chan, one of the top foilists in the country is now ranked 93rd in world with a scintillating performance at the FIE Satellite in Taskent, Uzbekistan. He bagged a bronze in the event, earning him enough points to break into the top 100 in the world, and is now the highest ranked Singaporean on the FIE rankings.
